Aluminium Bowl

Key process:
1.Pick a aluminium plate under criteria
2.Make round mark on the plate with ink pen or engineer shear
3.Make it round and cut off the out shape
4.Adjust the edge of it after cutting work, which called polishing
5.Use mallet to make roughly curve
6. Roll it with English wheel

So, at first we need to access the measure and criteria tool-round marker and the curve measure slice, which let us make observation on the accuracy laser cutting technique. Once user set up the specific requirement for the machine, it produced the tools in second.

After we got the round marker, we gonna use it to make mark on the plate like 'target'. Then we just cut it out from the outer circle by fix aluminium cutting device or the engineer shear. And the rest inner circle mark will be aim at making shape change from outside to inside.

Then we gonna use the mallet and the stump to try to give the circle plate some 'shape'. Compare with common workshop board, the stump offer the exist concave shape on the stump, which save the time and reduce the mistake on shaping work. In detailed, we will begin at the quite outer of the circle. If we begin at the much inner circle, it will increase the difficulty on producing the goal curve and possibility on breaking the material- our bowl miniature.

Finally, after the smash, there is a miniature of bowl. In order to making the beneath curve of the bowl match to our standard-r125. It is possible to using english wheel to roll it and make the surface more smooth and adjust it to ideal degree of curve.
